Mary A. Ambach MD, is a Louisiana State University trained physician who is double board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine. Following residency, Dr Ambach completed a spine, musculoskeletal and interventional pain management fellowship at Portner Orthopedic and Rehabilitation in Honolulu, HI. Then further pursued and accomplished an Orthobiologic and Regenerative Medicine Fellowship at the Orthohealing Center. She has many years experience in treating sports, spine and pain conditions in various medical practice settings, including Kaiser Permanente of San Diego Department of Integrated Pain Management, where she led a multidisciplinary team to treat complex conditions incorporating comprehensive treatments, interventional spine, musculoskeletal and pain medicine. Inspired to incorporate natural based solutions to target pain and keep patients active, Dr. Ambach joined the Orthohealing Center.

Dr. Ambach’s primary focus is non-operative spine and joint care utilizing fluoroscopic (x-ray) and musculoskeletal ultrasound guided procedures to perform state-of-the-art treatments such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Bone Marrow Concentrate (BMC). She also specializes in performing electrodiagnostic /nerve analysis to properly monitor and treat nerve injuries.

Dr Mary A. ​Ambach is a member of a team of Internationally recognized experts and facility in regenerative medicine and non surgical orthopedics, the Orthohealing Center in Los Angeles California. She has published studies related to regenerative treatments and is a current peer reviewer for several prominent orthopedic and regenerative medicine journals. Dr Ambach has served as Faculty and Speaker at Regenerative Conferences in and outside of the country. She is currently a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Western University of Health Sciences.
